chrome window stripping

hey might be an odd question for you guys that I was wondering if anybody out there knows how to remove the chrome weather stripping around the windows or around the front windshield I'm getting ready to paint and primer the truck and need to no how to remove Them

you dont need to remove it! just masking tape over it!
