Does anybody know the flow rate of the stock B2200 EFI in tank fuel pump?

I am using the stock fuel pump on my 13B swap, everything seems fine, but I am not sure if I should look into putting an RX7 pump in the tank. I know the fuel pressures for both motors is about the same.

Looking on Rock Auto, they list the same part number for both the B2200 pump and the RX7 pump. But if the flow rates are different, an aftermarket company would use the higher flowing pump for both models, which would explain the same part numbers.

Stock EFI pump is the right one. 2.2 Automatic carb in-tank pump is not strong enough for an EFI setup.

More specifically, 50PSI or more is required for EFI engines. Dan

My truck is a factory 5-speed EFI truck. I have probably 2,000km on my swap, using the factory RX7 EFI system, I am just wondering if I am loosing some fuel at the higher RPM's, but not enough to be noticeable. After all, the RX7 fuel injectors are about 3X larger than the stock B2200 ones, and there are 2 per cylinder, so that is about 6X the fuel flow possible.

You should be ok, (do you know your PSI?) OE max EFI PSI is 64-85 for these trucks.
