What year is your truck?

Swap the pedal assemblies, add the clutch master cylinder assembly, clutch assembly, transmission of course, most likely computer if you are running EFI. You will need to either buy or make plugs for the radiator where the transmission cooler lines were connected. The more information you can provide about your truck the more detail we can provide.

Maybe someone else can weigh in on this, you may need a different drive shaft and transmission mount as well.

I'm sure that driveshaft would be necessary, but the computer won't matter efi or carb. The trans cooler lines can be plugged, they aren't threaded on the 2nd gen B series that I've seen.

Don't forget the flywheel and clutch as well.

dont forget the flywheel bolts, and the lower trans brackets that go from the engine to the trans and also the starter (im about 80% sure on that one). if you have an ext cab or long box truck you can swap the driveshaft from the standard truck right over, however if you have a reg cab short box you will have a factory 1 piece driveshaft, while the standard truck will have a 2 piece shaft with a steady bearing mount. the auto trans is 2" longer than a standard trans, making the driveshaft 2" different in size between the two transmissions. your shifter hole in the floor between the seats wont quite line up as nice as the standard cab hole, but its easy enough to make a plate to cover what the stock shoot boot mount doesnt. im pretty sure thats it with what was stated above
