93 b2200 clutch problems

just put a new clutch set in my b2200 but the clutch fork will not move all the way back even if i try to force it i did have to remove it to install a new throw out what could it be.

The snout that the bearing slides on may be worn, and have a ridge that stops the bearing.

Disc in the correct way?

I had issues at first with the bearing sliding on the fork correctly to allow the bearing to slide back on the shaft. I wasn't using a new bearing so it may have been worn.
