i want power windows.

i want to put power windows in my truck. please help me! i am not afraid to wire stuff up i just need to know what i need for the swap and what vehical i can get it from.

I had heard the parts from the late 80s ford escorts that had power windows could be used... But never heard back on any confirmation on that

lol ok thanks for the tip for the kit tho. i acted like i have always known about it.lol i just found it today!!! but i wanna try it with a cheaper way first. them kinda pricey and on a budget build.... i may just be sticking to crank. or i could always rig a drill up to it.lol

Take a look at Mazda mpv window regulators.1998 and older. they set up almost identical to bseries manual regulators.. I'm gonna pick some up and try them myself..just haven't gotten to it yet

I would also look at a SPAL kit, you can find them on Ebay with switches for under $150.

I was checking the motor on my friends 02 civic and it looks like it would work quite easily. The track is completely straight up and down and the motor is quite slim. Drill a couple holes and bam it should mount right up.

I'd avoid auto loc like the plague. They're just like aim, shit products, shitier customer service.

lol thats funny cause i have an 01 civic.lol but i'll have to look at both the mpv and the civic.
