Help me get these parts

I want to do this conversion..... Looking for the manifold and head in this config. Help other than US would be grateful...

Yeah, that's Eddie's truck........a real nice guy......he used to post quite a bit on Mazdatrucking.com but I think he sold his truck and bought a Toyota.
