I installed a new fuel pump and it started to flood my weber carb so i bought a brand new weber 32/36 and i started it up it ran for about 10 seconds then the weber flooded and started shooting out fuel then the engine would die. any ideas??? i tried to adust the mixture screw and the idle screw to keep the engine running but it would just run for about 10 seconds , shoot out alot of fuel then die again.={

If u have an electric fuel pump , the psi on it might be too strong for your carb.

Is it a low pressure electric pump? Fuel injected pumps run at a higher pressure.
Do you have a regulator between the pump and the carb?

I mounted mine to the firewall. It is inline after the fuel filter, before the carb.
