Hello, my 92 B2200 is lowered the cheapest, crappiest way possible. The back end is lowered with blocks, which suck i don't know how the front is lowered. I want to unlower the whole truck so I can lower it properly, so assuming the previous owner lowered the front in the easiest, cheapest manor what would they have done? And how can I undo it?

How tall are the blocks? Blocks are ok but sounds like they have have removed some leafs too and ditched the shocks. Does the rear end hit the frame?

For the front they probably just loosened the torsion bar bolts. The reverse is to just tighten them and it will raise your truck. Got any pics?

That seems to be what they did. How do I tighten them? Just put a wrench on it and turn? The rear blocks are actually a piece of 2X2 channel welded to a 1" piece of steel and then placed on top of the leafs. I have 4 leafs how many am I suppose to have?

Yes just tighten them. You have all your leafs. Pull those blocks out and put real ones in there.
