will the tires fit??

(new poster here) So i own a '91 mazda b2600i and my dad says he saw a thread on this site saying that you can put larger wheels on from something like his slightly older tahoe, the rims are not that big but the tires are p245 70r15's, if anyone can tell me if i can make that work without much modification please let me know!

I think that will be cutting it close, are you sure the tires aren't 16"?
