How to lift the front? What coil springs will fit?

Hi, I've got a 1983 diesel b2200 2wd. I just spent 20 minutes looking for the torsion bars and they just aren't there on my truck, I saw the FAQ. Kind of confused..

So I need to lift the front, already got the back lifted. I'm trying to fit on toyota 4runner stock wheels. Does anyone know of a lift kit or springs that will fit and lift the truck?

Edit: So I think I've found a few shocks that will work. The coil springs I know are about 5 inches OD, still looking for some of those to give me about 3 inches of lift. Perhaps I could use a PVC reducer as a spring booster? I also was reading about a body lift with spacers, does that work on the B?

How would you recommend me to lift the front on a budget?

Do I have to worry about control arms, ball joints, cv angles or anything going with a 3 inch lift?
