This weekend I decided to paint my taillights and 3rd brake light. so I did that and now the pics are up in my gallery let me know what you think. I used the tutorial off of RPS. I cleaned them then did 3 coats of testors candy apple red 10min. apart then waited 30min. and did 3 coats of clear 10min. apart. Then I let them dry overnignt and wetsanded them this morning with 1000 grit sandpaper. They came out great!
I also have been busy doing other mods. On the inside I put in 4 mtx 6x9's and a 4channel 60watt pioneer amp and my old kenwood deck. I did my a/c pannel with nu-image diamond series gauges and billet knobs. I am also waiting on the gauge cluster gauges which are currently on backorder and i have orange needles for them too.
On the exterior I removed all the badges. Put in my clear corners. Painted the taillights and 3rd brake light. Put on my Cal-vu SS mirrors and had my Flowmaster with turndown put on.
Next week Im going to order either my 18x9 chrome Mach 1's or 2in springs for the front and flip kit and nitro-drop shocks for the rear. Which do you think I should do first? Then after that I'm going to order Drop I-Beams and shocks for the front and a hanger kit for the rear and suicide doors crossmembers for a total of 5/7 drop. Then tent the windows all 20% and get a trenz grill, new smoothie front bumper and sir michaels rollpan for the rear.
