ahh good old Communist...errr Commonwealth of Virginia. if you own a fixed up vehicle there, the cops will no doubtily pull you over. i should know, my last fixed up car i had when i lived in Virginia, the cops would pull me over for nothing. it sucked

i got a slight camber i the drivers side and i got puled over for improper suspension components but i went to court on it and it got dropped. i cant wait to have bags around here its gonna be nothin but trouble! and yeah commonwealths suck dick!
