well, i got a little bit of an update for ya. I bought rims for the truck yesterday, 17" bullits, and about a week ago i installed a flip kit. here are a couple pics of that
I've also been workin on the interior, since thats sumthin i can work on and it still be drivable (its still my daily till i get that stupid 99 tranny fixed). I've been thinkin, and since i removed all of the AC bs, there is alot of room behind the dash. I've been thinkin about buildin a sub enclosure behind it, seein as how i'm 6'4" and cant really spare any room behind the seat
And yes, I did drive it ~15 miles with those holes in the firewall open. I had to go out to my parents house and get some metal from my dad to patch those holes up. i'll probably never get the smell of burnt oil out of my truck...

lol thanks. I got some great news though. I finally found a tranny for my 99 which means by this time next week the 86 will be sans a body. time to introduce the frame to mother earth!! i cant wait
