how much can you drop............

before i bagged mine it was hard droped 7inchs in the rear and beat the shit out of me. i thought i had kidney failure a few times. i still draily drove it and drove it to out of state shows. i made the mistake of takin the bump stops out though so when i bagged it there was already about a 1/8inch notch from the frame hittin the rear end...

who cares about ride quality really? comforate takes a back seat when you start doing any kind of sport or lowered suspension i know thats just me though.

yeah, im riding on bump stops now, i dont dare to take the bump stop out! haha, i really dont midn the bounciness on the back, it actually feels more like a really tight suspension, the front could prob use some new shocks cuz it moves too much, i still only rubbed twice with the 20s on it though in about 600 miles...the drop was def. worth it! i hope to have pics soon.

u get some aftermarket shocks or are u still riding on stock shocks?

Yeah i got "new" drop shocks with the kit, dont know if they are still good or what but they dont seem to be too stiff. yeah i plan to ride bumpstops till i bag, or go ahead and get a monster notch when i do the front and do as much drop as i can in the back static for a lil while.

shit i love my hardbodys on the rear! no shocks up front w/ slam bags = a good ride...

im just gonna notch it i want a comfortable ride my buddy had a blazer that always bottomd out and i hated it. so can i go 6 in the back and still be able to clear speed bumps and driveways? also would getting the suicide doors crossmembers help this? I want to go as low as possible and still be able to get almost anywhere on a static drop. no bags yet thats still a few years off.

clearing drive ways and speed bumps shouldnt be a problem at all with a 6 inch drop, never been an issue for me...go for it man
