Cheapest way to lower the rear?

oh yea and the hanger kits is like $120 new, so i definately wouldnt bother with it

you can get new hangers for a lil less from Ford and just flip them and install them for about 2-3" of drop but youwould much rather a flip kit then flipped hangers in my opinion

What about shocks? Im currently running shorter/smaller shocks (my last ones were bigger then the ones my dad uses on his 4x4). Would I have to change those out as well?

you can use stockers for a while, but over time I bet they will blow out. I know my stockers didnt fully compress with just a flipkit.
