hey guys how do you remove the freakin wiper cowl tryin to figure it out on my 89 but cant figure it out thanks in advance

Me too. Need process to remove (wiper) cowl, that shows all bolts/screws to be removed. Reason: Needs to be painted. See photo.
For: 1990 B2600i Cab Plus. {Stickily stock, no modifications from factory design.} Not interested in shaving any part & no idea what this means.
Did find drawing, useful to wiper motor remove, but does not show bolts/screws that attach cowl to truck. Is PDF file, that was not able to upload as photo. Why?
