My 1990 mm has 83,000 miles & has a rough idle. Its a 4 cl base model. I changed the oil & checked the plugs&wires but the look fine. What should I check next&also where are the grease points? I don't see any grease zirts but I may not be looking in the right place? Thanks

I Think this is all but Not real sure.
1-upper ball joints
2-lower ball joints
3-Pit-man arm
4-tie-rod ends
5-Drive shaft (both ends)
6-Check around your steering to see if there is any more.

Your Timing might be off a hair.
I had a guy do mine and there is one thing you have to do to get it right on and that is take the suction hose off of the Dist. to get it right with a timing light!

Can I adjust the timing without a timing light? I looked at the ball joints & tie rod ends but didn't see any zirts? Should there be some or is there a way to grease them without zirts? Thanks!

You Can Adjust the Timing with out a timing light but it wont be right on!
AS the Ball joints go you can't grease them there are factory greased.
Just have to buy new ones and replace them
