Not new to Max's, but still a junior at a few things since I didn't do much to my old one but beat the snots out of it.

Anyways I owned a 91' Max auto 2.4 that I did a 5 speed swap on.
Beat the piss out of it till I basically fried the rings.. I say that because it smoked horribly and it had a Redone head on it.

Here's a vid me and my friend did, actually two.

Now I just bought an 88' Macrocab
2.6L Turbo
5 speed
2/3 drop on 17" Eskies
Big FMIC

Will have Turbo back 3" being donated from my 87' Conquest
50 trim turbo when I get a manifold for it.
Possibly will be doing 3" stacks on it.
LSD rear when I can find one
and a paintjob.
will get pics tomorrow now that my truck is up my driveway.

(From NEPA and we got like 10" Monday morning.)

Truck needs coil and distributor...

Also would like to know how to swap truck to hyrdaulic clutch? OR tell me how to put a clutch assist on it? I"m afraid of the cable snapping, it's got a stage 2 clutch in the truck.

Nice man, cant wait to see the pics. As for the hydraulic clutch swap, i believe you have to weld somethin onto the bell housing. Another site had the DIY on it but its gone. wish i could be of more help

More I want to know about the master and pedle (sp?) setup need and what other vehicles I can get them from because I'm gonna use my Conquest transmission when I swap so I have different gearing, I remember my old Mighty Max couldn't break 110 to save it's life.

Need pedal and master setup from a diesel or v6 mightyvmax/d50s as they were the only ones to come with hydraulic clutch.

Ask 4g63mightymax on his forum at hotrodcoffeeshop.com as he has a 4g63 swap and hydo clutch. I was running cable setup on my 4g swap
