newbie to this forum but not to forums

hey how is it going, everyone. Just figured I would let everyone know what my goals are. I currently have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GST Spyder, and I basically want to put the engine into a mighty max. I was wondering what year of truck or engine size to look for to make the swap as easy as possible. i hear that the transmission that came with the 2.0 should bolt up directly to a 4g63, but i dont know the knitty gritty details about how exactly that is done. ill be asking for advice as i go. id really appriciate the help.

Welcome, yes you need a manual tranny that came behind a carbed 2.0(g63b) to bolt up to the 4g63. I have some info in my build thread on the swap, also tons of info on projectzerog.com, hotrodcoffeeshop.com and be sure to check out mightyram50.net too.

I have read alot into project zero g actually since i made this post. I have also already registered to mightyram50. Now I just need to find the donor truck. I am so anxious to get this done. Id even swap my eclipse shell (with trans) for the correct mighty max shell (with trans and driveshaft). Thanks for the info.
