new 89 4x4 owner in minnesota

Hello everyone! I just traded an old cub cadet garden tractor for an 89 4x4 . I know I have a lot of work ahead of me to get this thing going good. She starts up and runs decent. Front end is loose as can be. Horrible oil leak. Exhaust leak. Needs tires and I just replaced the 02 sensor (wires were cut). Won't stay running with intake tube hooked up and there are a couple vacuum lines not hooked up. Sounds like it may have a misfire. Power steering gear is leaking power steering fluid. So not sure where to even begin but I figured I'd start with the oil leak and go from there.
