new in kansas 82 d50 custom

I recently acquired a 1982 dodge d50, it has the g52b engine, manual transmission, little old lady truck, which there sure it has less than 50k miles, it was my wifes great grandmothers truck she says that she bought it new, I was told it needs a carb and a clutch.

I just have a couple things
4g63 swap
maybe 5 lug swap
maybe an inch or 2 lower
