parts from a mazda

i notice that the mazda b2200 share a lot of the same looks as a d50/mm. i was wondering if anybody knows if they are switchable ie. grille mirrors ect.?

not sure about the grilles but the door mirrors do swap onto our trucks. You just have to take the glass off and take the actual mirrors off the mazda mirror post and put them on your mighty max mirror post. I have some chrome mazda ones on my truck.
