Strip'd lug nut/wheel stud.

OK, went to rotate my new tires, found that one of my front lug nuts is strip'd, so I cant remove the wheel/tire.
I have aftermarket aluminum wheels that recess the closed and shoulder lug nuts deep into the wheel face..
Any suggestions on how to get the wheel off so I can rotate my tires and fix the strip'd wheel stud?

Couple things of concern.. Its 4WD so I am not sure whats involved with removing the rotor, hub, and wheel as an assembly.. Then I am not so sure I'll have access to the stud with the rotor in place..
It looks as if theres not enough room between the caliper and wheel to remove the caliper from the rotor.
I think this is gonna be APITA. ~LOL~
