neon site like this

i just picked up an 03 neon and looking for some online tech site like this one. This one is amazing!! Or if anyone can help me this is my problem. driving back from Ellensburg WA and lost speed going up the hills, have to shift to 3rd just to keep it above 45/50 mph. Also this is the first time it has started. Made this trip many times with no problems. my neon is a manual 2.0 16 valve. also noticed batt light came on. would a low batt cause less spark or something?

thanks to all. trying to get weber carb still for my 83 d-50. but dont want to spend the 300 bucks at this time.

also o2 sensor engine light is on. been on for awhile though.
