AFTERMARKET PARTS?

i was reading some were that if i put a electric fan,electric fuel pump,alternator,battery,headers,4 barrel carburetor,and a weber i will gain a noticeable amount of power.my ? is are all these parts available for a 89 ram 50,does this truck come with a double barrel carb,how does a weber give more power,and is all of this worth the buy.my truck is a daily driver,not looking to do any type of engine swap if i can get a little more power that's great.any pics,info,or even brands that make these parts would be helpful also looking for more top of the line brands not GENERIC! THANKS

In reality none of that stuff is going to make a substantial difference. I had a weber carb, headers, elec fan on my old truck and it did give it a lil more power, but its not really that much of a noticable difference to make it worth it. I would just put a elec fan on if your stock clutch fan is going out, or weber carb if your stock pos mikuni is going out.
