Any smog laws in your area?

You'll need to change the entire drive train: engine, trans, drive shaft, rear axle.

You may need a body lift to make room for the transmission under the tunnel cover.

All exhaust will need to be fabricated. Connection to the gauges will be fabricated, and a convertor for the speedo in particular. If your truck has a factory tach, that will have be be replaced or otherwise electronically adjusted.

Radiator will be changed for a larger unit.

Yeah, it's all doable. The engine bay is certainly large enough to contain a 350.

well only other thing with dropping in a 350 is your firewall will have to b modified a bit to make room for the distributor. and to have alil more room for the fan..
also no need for a body lift. just raise the tunnel its only going to need 3 7/8" higher.
with that kind of motor you want the truck to be lil lower than higher. and of course got to modify ur motor mounts. you can actually use the stock rear end just redo gears and slip yoke. youll notice as you go what you need to do.
