truck running funny

It runs fine, warms up then it acts like it bogs down. i got the carb rebuilt and changed every filter, and still dont know what it could be bogging down on the the

Can the auto trans bog the motor when i hit the gas a little hard. It starting bogging then catches up and acts like it has power.

I found out that the auto trans is going out. Got it to 30 mph then hit the gas pedal and it bogged down then caught back up but the motor and trans were going high in the rpm before the truck started to speed up. So I believe that it needs a manual trans and other parts, just looking for parts to swap it from auto to manual.
