There are no lift kits, per se. You may be able to use the upper control arms from a Gen II Montero (1992 to 1998) in conjunction with adjusting the torsion bars to gain approximately 2" lift in front. The rear can be raised by using Toyota front leaf spring lift shackles.
Most common method for this model truck is a body lift, available in 1 to 3 inch dimensions.
There are several folks that have installed solid front axles using either Dana 44/60 types, and even Rockwell duece axles. Build threads are in the Dodge section of Pirate, look up Baldy and others.
In Thailand, there was a bolt / weld on lift for the Strada. I don't know if this would work for your truck, though.
