1) Unscrew and remove inside door lock handle.
2) With a knife, pop open the plastic "door" in the inside door handle and remove the small standard screw. Then remove the door handle trim.
3) Insert a shop rag in the gap between the door and the window crank. Rotate the rag until you dislodge the "c" clip that holds the crank on. Remove the window crank. (To re-install, slide the "c" clip into position on the crank and push the crank back onto the shaft. The clip will pop into place).
4) With a narrow, flat pry bar, start at the bottom and gently pry up on the door panel, popping the plastic retainers loose. Lift the panel up and gently pull it loose from the window trim.
