88 Macro-Cab Slow Build....with my Son

So,

I picked this 1988 Macro-Cab off of Craigslist. The Seller wanted $1,000.00 for it, so I agreed, but had to go to work. I sent my Son and my Nephew to go pick it up for me. My Son talked the Seller down to $800.00 <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" />

Here are some Picks of it.

So Far, we have done 3&quot; Blocks in the Back, with a Mono Leaf. Heated the Springs in the Front, and Removed the Bump Stops. Gutted the Interior, and Re-Painted all the Plastic. Replaced the Carpet, and Dyna-Matted the Entire Cab.

Have alot if Ideas, but with my Son Building his 86 Toyota, Money is tight......This will be a Loooonnngggg Build, but hope to Share the Build with you guys.

i enjoy seeing father and son projects...ill be glad when my boys get old enough to do this stuff and not be throwin wrenches at each other..keep us posted

Slow builds are usually the best. That way you don't rush into it and have to redo things later down the road.
