burnt valve?

ihave carbon in my #4 cylinder intake side could this be a burnt valve or a stuck valve? any thots?

ended up with 8 cracks in my head 7 bad valves an lost a piston

im just looking for head bolts now i have a new top end brand new head an all valves bored .20 took out the balnce shaftys it is so close to being done all i need is head bolts any place u know that would have them

ive tryed every auto parts store ima try to go to the dealer. ive found some more ways to get some power out of these motors so im taking it slow an doing it all up an if i get the bolts this week im going to put it on the dyno an see what happens
