1984 D50 2.6L 4X4... locked

I just bought a 1984 D50 4x4. The previous owner told me it had a blown head gasket so he parted it a year ago. I got it to the house and drained the oil and it was milky, removed the spark plugs and filled the cylinders with oil and let it sit over night. Came back the next day and atempted to manually turn over the engine without luck. Put it in first gear and pulled it with a wench and all it did was drag the back wheels. Im tring to remove the head but it looks like you have to remove the timing chain first and to do that you have to remove the timing cover and to do that you have to remove the oil pan and to do that you have to remove the front tranxaxle... A service manual would be great at this point or a how to from someone...

Ok pulled off the head and 2 of the cylinders have rust. I removed as much as I could and re oiled them but still couldnt get it to turn.

Welp the head is cracked and the block is locked up i guess I have to buy the engine in houston for 350.
