I am in need of some advice i am in the process of trying to replace the head on my 95 mighty max 2.4l v4 w/fuel injection. i found a head off a 88 m/m but it had a carb. on it is there any way that i can make that head word for me. Or do i have other options in the lines of other interchangeable heads.Thank you in advance for any help you could give me. Aaron

No that head is not correct for your block. You may be able to make it work as the blocks are similar but the electronics, sensors, manifolds are not going to work for it. You need a 2.4 head from a 91-95 max. Or a complete motor swap.

Car-parts.com to find complete block from junk yards all around your area.

No, the 2.0 had a smaller combustion chamber in the head from what I have read, so you'll probably have the pistons hitting the valves.

By george he is right. That specific head is very similar to the 2.4. Right on.
