I put the 32/36 kit on the truck. I ended up also having to replace the catalytic converter as the old one got holed, due to there being some cylinders not firing and such.

Long story short.
2606 RPM high 0999 RPM low
HC PPM Standard 220 220
Current Reading 233 360
CO % Standard 1.20 1.20
Current Reading 6.14 4.72

After the cat replacement
2471 RPM High 1020 RPM Low
HC PPM Standard 220 220
Current Reading 207 335
CO % Standard 1.20 1.20
Current Reading 5.77 5.07
So I passed one after the new cat, but it's still failing the other three, with slight adjustments in the numbers.

I did notice that they ran it as being the 2.0 instead of the 2.6 but they said that both engines are tested for the same numbers.

Any suggestions would be mighty handy. The guy at the inspection place said I might want to take the intake off and wipe it out. Not sure if that would help, would be a major pain but if that's what I need to do I'll do it. Just hoping for some ideas from you guys.

Thanks

All those views and nada... Trying some of that CRC guaranteed to pass stuff out. Have half a tank to run through still.

Still failed

Not sure what's causing such high CO when it's running. I've tweaked the fuel as much as I can think to.
