89 Dodge D50 brake problem

On my truck the rear proportional valve above the rear axle blew on me leaking everywhere.. i cant locate one, someone told me i can eliminate it completely. Any suggestions on how i would accomplish this.?

What year truck? I have some parts. Get a pic, too.

I have a rear proportioning valve on a parts truck that I'm looking at in my backyard right now lol. $18 shipped and its yours.
