Engine Swap

So I have a 1980 Plymouth Arrow. I had a bad connecting rod bearing go on my and my engine seized up. repaired or bandaged really. I have a though that the problem with bring itself back up. I know that these trucks have the custom ability of different engines etc. Anyone ever swapped one on my year?

After you check grammar and spelling, I suggest that several people have used variants of the 2L, 2.4L, 2.6L gas engines and the 2.3L diesel. Other people that move on from Mitsubishi power have adapted Ford 5L, Chevy 350, and numerous other combinations.

However, in order to facilitate repair of you truck, just replace with what you have.
