2.0 motor questions

After doing some late night reading the 2.0 came with a sohc and I noticed that some motors were equipped with a dohc are these interchangeable and will the manifold and the header I have bolt right up?

the heads are interchangeable but you will have to use the manifolds that came with the head you use
