Hey guys I realy need help setting up this Webere 32/36 DGEV carb and linkage kit on my 88 power ram 50 does anyone have photos of how their linkage is set up? Any help would be great.

i am putting the same carb on my 86 custom 2.0 and im having a problem with the linkage hooking up to the at kickdown cable any pics or feedback on the setup would be nice thanx

Any luck on it? I just ordered a kit myself and will be installing it in the next weekened or two, weather permitting. Fortunately it's not my daily driver so I'll have a little time to dick around with it. I'll be taking photos all along the way.

Did you run in to any other issues? Also did you do the fuel pump conversion? I saw some people commenting about switching over to an electric fuel pump.

i installed one on my 86 ram 50 custom i did not hook up the kick down linkage at all
i did not change the fuel pump either but i did remove the ecu all the wires and all vacuums except the advance vacuum from the distributor
i am looking for the 5 speed transmission from a mitsubishi starion if any one has one they would like to sell me

I installed it several months ago. I kept the fuel pump and removed every vac line except the vac advance. Setting it up was easy however I find I have to adjust the idle and the fuel mixture as sometimes it will start to diesel if I don't other than that its better than the mikuni I think
