4-Link Help

I have a 97 Ranger fully bagged with a parallel 4-link w/panhard bar. When I ride with the front pretty high and the ass end low I get a really nasty grinding noise from my drive-shaft. I heard that adjusting the top link bars will keep it from doing that grinding noise, but will it let me go as low in the rear?I just want to be able to ride as low as possible in the rear without hearing that noise, can you point me in the right direction and let me know what I need to do?
