I always allow the metal to cool after I weld, but when working on something like a tailgate skin, I don't want to wait forever cause there is a lot to weld. I once saw a method where right after welding u spray the area with a blow gun. I have also heard though that spraying water is much easier, but will the water affect the welding anyway? Any suggestions?
