put in LED bulbs- now acting like burnt out bulbs

alright, buddy of mine gave me a set of LED bulbs since he went to LED bars, well i installed them and the bulbs work and everything, as my brake and turn signal bulbs (the middle one for the full size chevy guys) but the odd thing is that the bulbs work and everything, but when i put the turn signal on, it acts like the bulb is not good, by flashing at an extremely high rate that would denote a burnt bulb, instead of the usual rate that a chevy would flash at, but when i put on the hazards it acts normally

anyone know bout this associated problem or will i have to switch the bulbs to the running lights bulb
