350 chevy in 4x4 tacoma?

hey, my buddy wants to put a 350 in his '97 (i think) 4x4 tacoma 5 spd. is there any company that makes a conversion kit, or would it have to be custom? will his stock 5 spd be able to handle a mild 350? what all will he need to change out? thanks
