so if i am to remove one of the leafs, or all and leave the main. is this safe to drive, or if i hit a bump on the freeway am i going to wipe out? as of now my truck has 4 inch blocks in the back, and in the front i have loosened the torsions... i am wanting to flip ball joints, but have no clue how to.. im sure i can figure it out. Anyways. i just wanted to know if removing some leafs will endanger me or my wife when we drive it.
thanks all.

for now i have removed one of the leafs until i can bag the rear and have not had any problems.
when we bagged the front we flipped the ball joints and it is not a big deal to do.

In my opinion, I think it wouldn't be safe to just run on 1 leaf spring, you can but the ride would be sick and yes you are endangering yourself.. if you want the back lower with out baggs, then buy drop leafs from AIM they got from 2-3" springs and then you can just buy 2-3" blocks for a better ride, flipping the ball joints is easy, just take the 3bolts off from the bottom of the control arm on the top and relocate teh ball joint to the top thats all, but I advise u to get alignment after doing this because your alignment has jus been fucked...

You mean flipping the ball joints will drop the front end?
