'95 s10 body on '89 s10 frame

I picked up an '89 s10 for $200 the body is mangled with rust and dents. I tore it down and sandblasted the frame, boxed it in, made all new crossmembers in the rear, bagged it with a F,B,S,S kit and notched it big enough to lay 22's. I have been looking for a bed for the truck for a while but last week my cousin wrecked his '95 s10 with only liability on it. The front end is mashed but the cab and bed and motor are all fine and he is going to sell it to me for $700. I was wondering if everthing will bolt up between the 2 body styles. Or if any modifications are required what would they be. Also could i save myself some headaches by removing the abs system and not running power steering. Thanks for any help guys.
