Will insurance pay for a custom rearend if someone rearends u??

Ok well 2day im was driving down F.M.2920 and up ahead of me an accident occured where this guy in a black chevy (in the process of being built) got rearended by some other guy in a dodge ram. So i pulled over 2 c if everything was ok and i first went 2 check on the guy in the chevy that got hit!! So he was fine and all and the other guy got out and the cops came and the tow trucks towed both trucks and i offered the guy in the chevy a ride home cause he said he lived like 5 minutes from me!! so we were talkin and he was sayin that at least now he wont have 2 pay for his custom full skin combo cause now the other guys insurance will have 2 pay!! He said hes gonna get caddy's, a frenched in license and weld the whole thing shut and all!! Is this true?? If u get rearended can u demand a custom rearend job and the insurance will pay for it?? Cause ive ovioded so many accidents when some1 almost rearends me b/c i drive off in2 the shoulder and ive never been hit!! but what if one day they do hit me?? will i be able 2 get a custom rear end?? any info will help!!
