is this tool brand any good?

anyone know if Coleman tools are any good? they have a really nice air tool kit that i want really bad for sale and pretty good price. but i dunno if this is a good brand or not. but this kit has everything i want. i've been needing airtools for a loooooong time. im gonna pick up a compressor too. ALSO is a tank/compressor with these specs good and fast or would i have to wait a long ass time for it to refill?.
