Turbo's for GT's and Cobra's

I have a 2001 Cobra and I have found several single and twin turbo kits for GT's. What makes the kit different other than the fact the GT engine is a 4.6 SOHC and the Cobra is a 4.6 DOHC. Could I incouperate the GT kit to the Cobra if there isnt too much difference between the kits?
