91' S-10 suspension question

I am a 91' chevy S-10 extended cab 4x4 that's been dropped in the rear by 2 inches, by blocks just to level the truck out. Right now it appears somewhat low to the ground for a 4x4 but I eventually wanted to drop it more but someone said if I continue to drop I will have to get a whole new suspension set up. I thought all i would need would be spindles and of course new front coils and larger blocks.

any suggestions for anything about the truck would be awesome too.
