So I picked up a toyota

I picked it up tonight. Paid $350 for the truck and $60 to have it towed home. It's an 87, with pretty straight body with 2 minor dents in the rear quarter panel. A dent in the middle of the bumper, and some surface rust on the right side. It needs a new Ignition switch, and lock set. And new wiring for the battery, which i'll be taking care of tomarrow after work. I picked it up from a 70 year old man, who bought it, put in a timing belt, water pump, and then the alternator went and he parked it. I'll get some pics up tomarrow and post them up.

I'd like to, but I wanna get the nissan running and on the road first. So just gonna do a Static drop on it for now. Little bit of stereo, 2-3 sets of components, possibly 4 12's. We'll see, Might just by the bag setup piece by piece and do it, who knows.

Its kinda funny though, I never liked the boxiness of the toyota. And I bought the truck before I even saw it, and now that I have one it's turning on me pretty quick. Kinda looking forward to being able to work on it.
