rear end width

i was wanting to swap out my taco rear for a p/u rear because they are shorter, anyone know the difference in width so i can decide if it will be worth the hassle, im wanting to run a wider wheel so lemme know, thanks

I can go measure mine from drum to drum if you want. Then you can compare it to yours.

is yours a 89-95 pickup or is it pre 89?

Pre '89. It's roughly 55" wide. It's difficult to measure accurately with the wheels back on.

Honestly I don't know. I would imagine they are the same, but I can't say.
